We all lead such busy lives… we often go from day to day, ticking off our tasks and moving through our daily routines on autopilot as the days and years fly by. For a society who is over fed, undernourished and over worked, we can lose sight of who we are and what matters, so it’s important to take time out for us, to reconnect and to ask ourselves what it is we really need in order to thrive!
THIS is why we have created these retreats….because we understand the importance of getting out of our daily grind and taking TIME OUT. Time to love and care for ourselves, to let go, go within, quiet the mind, reconnect with your body, nourish through healing foods, spend more time in nature and to have a daily practice to support this.
At our retreats we create the space for you to take this time out, letting us take care of you and hold a space for you to relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself, with other like-minded people and with nature. It is the perfect nourishing holiday.
We bring to these retreats our love for sharing our plethora of knowledge from raw living foods, nutritional and Ayurvedic studies, yoga, meditation, breath work/ pranayama and movement. We aim to inspire you to feel empowered to take this all home with you to implement into your daily lives with a clear, strong and refreshed body and mind.
