But somehow we ended back here. Back feeling demotivated, feeling stuck, feeling like we can’t change, feeling hopeless and dissatisfied and not loving the person that we see looking back at us in the mirror. The thing is not all foods are created equal and not all diets, or programs or methods of eating work for all of us. We are unique, we are all made up of different vital bioenergies that are responsible for the physical and emotional tendencies in the mind and body. A food that nourishes one can be a poison to another.

I specialise in helping people discover this, to discover what your vital bioenergy is and to create a way of eating along with daily lifestyle practices that will enhance your life force, your vitality and bring you back into balance so that you are feeling vibrant again.
My name is Bianca Lawless, I am a degree qualified Nutritionist who believes in an integrated model of care for an individual to attain the greatest health and vitality. Using a holistic approach, my aim is to not only treat the symptoms, but to find the underlining causative factors in order to prevent illness, and restore basic body physiology. I want you to feel a sense of empowerment over your life and your health. I am passionate about helping you to achieve your health and lifestyle goals by providing you with the tools and knowledge to do so. When working with you, I will educate you, so that you understand how your diet and lifestyle affect your mind, body and state of wellbeing, and will design a tailor-made program specific to your unique health state.
I have had a love of food from a young age, from creating recipes in the kitchen with my sister and my mum always by my side, singing and dancing, we would always recreate unhealthy recipes into a healthy version. It would always be messy and we would never follow a recipe. I have also been fortunate enough to grow lots of our own fresh food in the home garden and I realised from a young age that anything from the earth will always be better than anything that will ever come out of a package. This healthy upbringing coupled with a desire to create optimal health within my body after a few of my own health battles, including the urgent removal of my gall bladder 10 years ago. Which was followed by a confusing time of what to now eat and how to be healthy. I found that I was given no support or information on diet after surgery and what this meant for my health going forward. After gaining excess weight, suffering from fatigue and malabsorption, I was driven to take matters into my own hands and learn how to get my vitality and health back by studying Nutritional Medicine. My studies emphasized the endless benefits of food as medicine and the innate ability we have to heal ourselves using our own vital force. Through helping myself overcome my health battles, I am now motivated to help others with theirs. I believe that health and nutrition are the cornerstones of a vibrant existence and am passionate about educating, motivating and spreading this message to others.
My qualifications include a BHlthSci (Nutritional Medicine), Health Coaching Certification, Life Coaching Certification and Neuro Linguistic Programming Certification. I am a professional member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) and National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) USA. I have worked in Australia, the United States, in Europe on health and yoga retreats and on workshops globally. I have recently returned from Washington DC in the USA where I worked in a number of areas that I’m passionate about, including; Weight Loss, Women’s Health, Wellness Coaching, Corporate Health Coaching, Nutrition Advisory and Public Health where I worked on a number of community health initiatives including; Childhood obesity prevention, Farmers markets, Supplementary Nutrition Assistance Program, Healthy Eating Active Living, Hunger Free food workshops with kids and in the community, healthy workplace initiatives and supporting breastfeeding in the workplace and the community.
I specialise in weight loss and gallbladder issues, however can help you with a variety of conditions working with diet, sleep hygiene, exercise habits and mental health, and have specialised in weight loss, adult and childhood obesity, dietary and lifestyle changes after cholecystectomy (gallbladder) surgery, detox, seasonal eating/cleansing and women’s health including pre and post natal care.
