Tianjin Lawless-Jennings is a yoga teacher who has further specialised in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She is also a student of Ayurveda and will bring this wisdom into this wonderful weekend of rejuvenation and much needed time-out for pregnant women.
With a morning Prenatal flow class and an afternoon restorative class / mini workshop on pregnancy health and how to heal and nourish you and your baby in the postnatal stage, will leave you feeling empowered, confident and extremely relaxed.
This weekend is the perfect opportunity to be out in nature, to connect with your unborn baby, to be looked after, to learn pregnancy specific breathing techniques/ pranayama, to eat nourishing and seasonal, and to learn valuable tools for the rest of your pregnancy and beyond.
