Three day introduction into Ayurveda and how this Ancient wisdom can enhance your general wellbeing and be supported by your yoga practice. In this detox weekend you will gain the insight of how to reset your eating habits and cleanse your body by introducing healthy new habits.
With its holistic approach Ayurveda offers you a sustainable approach to creating balance in your life. Ayurveda is not only about food, it entails looking at the broader context of YOUR life by looking at your specific needs rather than making general statements about what is healthy.
Every day of each workshop per season is dedicated to a specific Dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). On each day you will gather more information about the basic principles of Ayurveda, you will receive yummy treats prepared to match your constitution, plus a yoga class highlighting elements that nourish the Dosha of the day.
WITH WHO? Tianjin Lawless-Jennings (of Flawless Feast) will be joining Fleur Oude Voshaar (Ayurvedic Nutritional Consultant) for this wonderful weekend.
