"Tianjin is such a lovely and inspiring person, and her way of teaching instantly gets you to focus on yourself and become aware of the beauty of pregnancy. When I first started the prenatal classes initially I felt like I was not doing so much, having practised yoga for some time before already. However, I soon realised Tianjin’s classes are exactly what you need to get a weekly moment of relaxation together with the little one growing inside of you. Her classes brought me closer to my inner strength and helped me prepare for labor. The constant repetition of finding softness through movement and breathing definitely made me feel more secure and strong. The beautiful eco resort in Vale da Lama was the perfect place to chill, think, be aware and connect with yourself as well as with the other people in the group.
